Under normal circumstances your order will be dispatched within a few days. Items not immediately available from stock will be ordered for you from the Australian warehouses and you will be advised of the expected date of dispatch. If for any reason we are unable to ship an item within 28 days, the Scout Outdoor Centre will contact you to offer a refund or alternate product – all items are shipped REGULAR AUS POST

If you place an order before 12:00PM CST Monday – Friday (excl. Public Holidays) and the products you have ordered are in stock we will dispatch your order on the same day – guaranteed!
The Scout Outdoor Centre is committed to providing quality products to our customers.
Our Quality Control Team inspect every delivery into the Scout Outdoor Centre to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However if you do receive a product which is faulty please don’t hesitate to call us on 08 8223 5544, to arrange free return delivery and an exchange, repair or refund. Should a fault appear after a garment has been worn, it will be required that you launder it prior to returning it to us.
Most products sold by the Scout Outdoor Centre are backed by a manufacturer warranty. If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. We recommend that in the first instance you contact us by telephone or email and describe the problem so that we can advise the best course of action.
Refunds & Returns
We will happily offer you an exchange or store credit, within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided items are unworn with tags still attached and are accompanied by a receipt.
Refunds will only be given on items deemed faulty, in line with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Sale items are non-refundable. Climbing equipment is non-refundable and non-exchangeable
